2014-15 PSA Report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency

It is a requirement that all employers with 100 or more employees report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency annually under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (the Act).

The principal objects of the Act are to:

  • promote & improve gender equality, including equal remuneration between women & men
  • promote, amongst employers, the elimination of discrimination on the basis of gender in relation to employment
  • improve the productivity & competitiveness through the advancement of gender equality in the workplace
