Your union will train and support you to provide information to your colleagues about wages and conditions as well as updates on campaigns.
Customised training days for Service NSW staff only are at PSA House in Sydney and are scheduled for:
- Tuesday 19 September
- Wednesday 20 September
Active workplace delegates and contacts are the eyes and ears of the union about emerging issues and concerns.
Other dates and locations for Service NSW training will be added according to demand.

PSA members have access to Special Leave with pay to attend Trade Union Training courses.
This entitlement is set out in Clause 27.4 of the Service NSW Salaries and Conditions Award.
