Government Information (Public Access) GIPA applications by the PSA/CPSU
In New South Wales, the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) replaced the Freedom of Information Act 1989 (NSW) on 1 July 2010.
The GIPA Act provides an enforceable right for the public to access information. The Public Service Association makes applications for government information on the behalf of their members to seek for more transparency in the NSW government.
