Your Public Service Association (PSA) delegate elections for the Housing Departmental Committee (DC) are on now.

If you want to have a say in how your union is run and be part of a collective effort to improve your rights at work by building strength on the ground, we encourage you to nominate and get involved in your union, the PSA.

Nominate to be a delegate on the Housing DC

Nominees, nominators and seconders must be financial members of the Association as at 27 July 2017 and work for Housing NSW.

Nominations are called for the following number of delegates from the electorates listed below:

    2 delegates required
  • Electorate 2 – Metropolitan Sydney STH WEST
    4 delegates required with at least 1 from the Housing Contact Centre
  • Electorate 3 – Metropolitan Sydney INNER and EAST
    3 delegates required with at least 1 from Head Office
  • Electorate 4 – Metropolitan Sydney NORTH
    1 delegate required
  • Electorate 5 – North Coast (Lismore PSA Office)
    2 delegates required
  • Electorate 6 – South East (Wollongong PSA Office)
    2 delegates required
  • Electorate 7 – South Western (Wagga PSA Office)
    1 delegate required
  • Electorate 8 – North West (Tamworth PSA Office)
    1 delegate required
  • Electorate 9 – Central West (Bathurst PSA Office)
    1 delegate required
  • Electorate 10 – Newcastle/Central Coast (Newcastle PSA Office)
    2 delegates required
  • Electorate 11 – Aboriginal Housing
    1 delegate required

Note: the executive of the PSA reserves the right to vary the electorates in event of changes in membership.

Nominations must be on the prescribed form (or facsimile of it).

Nomination Forms are available HERE, at the 5th floor Inquiry counter, PSA House 160 Clarence Street Sydney or from Regional Offices.

Each nomination must be seconded by two other persons who are from the same group and electorate as the nominee and are financial members of the Association as at 21 June 2017.
