National Parks and Wildlife Services – Day of Action – October 2017 (PDF version)

As distributed via email on Tuesday 10 October, the PSA has been speaking with a number of community organisations who are outraged at the current restructure and the effect it will have on dedicated and hardworking NPWS staff.

As a result of these discussions. the PSA will be holding a day of action on Thursday 19 October. The day of action will be a chance for these community organisations to stand in solidarity with PSA members by holding short rallies in key regional areas. The day of action is not Industrial Action, and the PSA is not directing any of its members to stop work. However members may wish to attend an event near them in their lunch breaks, and are strongly encouraged to do so.

Day of action events will be held between 12:00-1:00pm in:

• Griffith – 200 Yambil Street
