CPSU ENTERPRISE BARGAINING SURVEY

The CPSU has had enquiries about the Enterprise Bargaining Survey issued last week by the University.

A number of staff have asked if it is the same survey sent out by the CPSU in March.  It is not the same survey.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF EB UPDATE

There have been 11 Enterprise Bargaining meetings and progress has been made on your CPSU claims for:

Consultation, improvements for fixed term staff, a Health and Safety Representatives allowance, and improvements to secondments.

We are currently discussing ways to recognise and reward professional staff career development.

However, the University has put a number of your hard won conditions on the chopping block.

The University is wants to axe:

  • Your uncapped sick leave
  • Your fifth week of annual leave
  • Your family and personal leave
