Women - Public Service Association

PSA Women

The PSA has long been at the vanguard of promoting women’s issues in the workplace. We pioneered domestic violence leave and are constantly fighting for pay equity across the public sector, as well as benefits such as maternity leave and lactation breaks.

Female members, who make up more than 65 per cent of the PSA’s membership, are represented by the union’s Women’s Council, and we hold an annual Women’s Conference discussing issues important to you.
