Disability workers to strike across NSW -The Herald

What will the future hold for people with disability following the full privatisation of disability services in NSW asks PSA Assistant General Secretary Troy Wright in the Newcastle Herald ahead of the strike on 14 February.

New Disability Services Minister, Ray Williams says disability workers are “some of the most dedicated and caring people in the community”.

Of course they are. They provide an essential service. So Minister, why treat them as if they are completely disposable and dispensable?
