Do you feel like disability services staff matter

Do you feel like disability services staff matter – 23 June 2017 (PDF Version)

As Ageing Disability and Home Care continues to be systematically dismantled the PSA has received feedback from members and delegates about low morale amongst disability workers.

Members have reported a lack of pastoral care and respect shown to ADHC staff during the privatisation of disability services, the forced transfer of staff to non-government service providers and other processes such as the Cluster Operating Model and the Mobility Pathway.

While we encourage members to be specifc and honest when filling out the People Matter Survey; we also want to give you the opportunity to have your say confidentially to your union.

The survey below has been developed by members and delegates.

2017 People DO NOT Matter Employee Survey.

The survey closes on Sunday 23 July 2017.
