PSA/CPSU NSW has won! We are your union! – March 2018 (PDF version)

As those of you that have been privatised over the last six months would know, we remained your union supporting you in the workplace and with management.

However, one new provider, The Benevolent Society, tried to dictate to members which unions could represent our members and to exclude the CPSU NSW from the workplace.

The PSA/CPSU NSW took The Benevolent Society to the Fair Work Commission to ensure we could represent the industrial interests of former ADHC employees. And we won!

Commissioner Johns delivered his judgment on 8 March 2018 and accepted the legal arguments that the CPSU NSW/PSA is entitled to cover and represent privatised disability workers in the Federal industrial system.
