The PSA has been informed that Revenue NSW have completely ignored their obligations to their workforce under the Agency Change Management Guidelines, the Managing Excess Employees Policy, and the Government Sector Employment Rules by declaring staff excess who did not express an interest in redundancy despite there being a sufficient number of roles available at the same grade, same essential requirements, same capability and same role descriptions for those that wished to remain.

This is exactly what the PSA stated the agency were attempting at the Industrial Relations Commission.  We have immediately sought leave to re-list our dispute.

If members have been declared excess today who did not express an interest in receiving a Voluntary Redundancy, you are advised to delay responding to your paperwork, and to also forward your details to Industrial Manager Nathan Bradshaw, , to aid in our dispute.
