We are taking this survey because members have told us that they are concerned about the staff morale in your workplace and your union would like to try and make things better for you. Members have said they sometimes feel ‘nothing will change’, but together we can affect change.
We can reassure you everything in this survey is anonymous and we will NOT be asking for your name.
Members believe morale has not been at its best for some time, and even though some things have changed and some have improved there is still more work that needs to be done.
Members at your workplace have raised these concerns for some time with senior management in your District, but are feeling that not much has been done to address the ongoing issues at your workplace.
