Annual Leave Loading
icare has informed the PSA of a change to the current arrangements for the payment of the Annual Leave Loading. The changes that come in to affect for the payment of the loading for all annual leave accrued to 30 November 2018 and the payment will be made in the pay run schedule for Thursday 13 November 2018.

Care 2020 Service Delivery Model
There was a general discussion on the current placement process for the SDM and issues surrounding the Rehab Case Manager and Community Living Facilitator (CLF) roles and issues about the proposed flexitime arrangements for field staff.
There was confirmation that the CLF role and other front-line service delivery roles will have the appropriate financial delegations.

Domestic Violence (DV) Leave
The 10 days’ paid DV leave will be made available to staff in 2018 by way of a Premier’s Memorandum in the first instance rather than an Award variation.
