Bushfire Relief Fund Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Promotion

1. PSA NSW and CPSU NSW members are eligible to win one of ten BIG4 Holiday Parks Gift Vouchers with an individual value of $1000.00 (inc GST) (“the Prize”).
2. The BIG4 Holiday Parks Gift Vouchers are intended to be used in the South Coast of NSW to support tourism in areas affected by the 2019/2020 bushfire season. For more information on locations visit https://www.big4.com.au/caravan-parks/nsw/south-coast.
3. A prize will be given away weekly commencing Thursday, 15 October 2020 with the last draw occurring on Thursday, 17 December 2020.
4. The Promoter is the Public Service Association of NSW, 160 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
5. Any queries should be sent in writing to the PSA/CPSU NSW via email at by quoting Bushfire Relief Fund in the subject line.

 

Eligibility

6. Eligible entrants must be classified as a financial member of the Public Service Association and Professional Officers Association Amalgamated of NSW and the Community and Public Sector Union NSW Branch as at 3pm of the date of each draw to be eligible for that week’s draw (“Eligible Entrants”).
7. Eligible Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
8. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Members of the PSA Executive and Central Council of the Public Service Association NSW are ineligible to enter pursuant to Action Sheet CC15/20. In the event that the winner of one of the draws is a Central Councillor, a redraw will occur.
9. Members who have previously won the Bushfire Relief Fund Holiday Giveaway held from 23 July 2020 to 24 September 2020 are ineligible to enter the promotion.
10. All Eligible Entrants are automatically entered into the Draw. Each Eligible Entrant has one entry in the draw. Eligible Entrants have the option to opt out of the draw by 5pm the Wednesday before each draw by way of written notification to . Once a member has opted out of the draw, they have opted out of the whole promotion, not just that week’s draw.

 

Prize and Winning

11. One Prize will be drawn every Thursday at 4pm commencing on 15 October 2020 for ten weeks. The final Prize draw will be conducted on 17 December 2020.
12. The Promotion is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random.
13. The Prize will be drawn at Suite 5/210 Central Coast Hwy, Erina NSW 2250.
14. Once an Eligible Entrant has won a Prize, they are no longer eligible to win any successive Prizes in the Promotion.
15. The total prize pool value is $10,000.00 (inc GST).

 

Prize conditions

16. Eligible Entrants do not have to be present at the time of the draw.
17. Winners will be notified by phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Only winners will be notified of any outcome of the Promotion. The winners will have their details published in Red Tape and on the Public Service Association of NSW and Community and Public Sector Union NSW Branch Facebook and Twitter pages and the Public Service Association of NSW website on 23 January 2021. The names of winners may also be published during the duration of the promotion.
18. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted at on Monday, 23 January 2021 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days. The winners will have their details published in Red Tape and on the Public Service Association of NSW and Community and Public Sector Union NSW Branch Facebook and Twitter pages and the Public Service Association of NSW website on 23 January 2021. The names of winners may also be published during the duration of the promotion.
19. Individual prizes will not exceed $1,000.00.
20. Individual prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
21. Prizes are valid for until 30 September 2023.

23. BIG4 Holiday Parks are in no way associated with the Promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

26. Personal information is not collected as part of this promotion.
