NSW Trustee and Guardian: restructure of Information Management Team
NSW Trustee and Guardian have advised the PSA the Information Management Team (IMT) has been reviewed and NSW Trustee and Guardian are proposing a restructure. Trustee and Guardian maintain the changes are to address inefficiencies, reduce reliance on hardcopy documentation and to ensure IMT have the capabilities to meet Trustee and Guardian’s requirements.
The PSA understands that five roles are affected by NSW Trustee and Guardian’s proposal. The relevant documents can be found: Change Management Plan, Proposed Strucure, FAQs
Members are encouraged to send feedback about the proposed restructure to the PSA as part of consultation. If your role is directly affected by the restructure, you can seek assistance on an individual basis.
