2.5% update

The PSA appeared in the Court of Appeal on 3 February in relation to the O’Farrell Government’s appeal against the granting of the full 2.5% by Justice Boland in the Industrial Relations Commission.

The judicial review has been tentatively scheduled for hearing on 14 March 2014. This will be confirmed in the next few days.

Meanwhile, the Government’s request for a stay on Justice Boland’s orders to pay the full 2.5% will be heard in the Court of Appeal on 10 February.
