2014 pay case lodged

While the PSA continues to fight for the full 2.5% increase from 2013, on 10 March, Central Council resolved that a claim now be lodged for a 2.5% rise for this year, payable by July 2014.

Accordingly, on 11 March, the PSA’s lawyers lodged applications to increase the salaries and allowances in the following awards:

1. Crown Employees (Public Sector – Salaries 2008) Award
2. Crown Employees (Audit Office) Award 2009
3. Crown Employees (SAS Trustee Corporation) Award 2010
4. Livestock Health and Pest Authorities Salaries and Conditions Award
5. Crown Employees (Independent Transport Safety Regulator) Award 2011
6. Landcom Award 2010
7. Independent Commission against Corruption Award
8. Crown Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay) Award 2011
9. Crown Employees (Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal 2012) Award
10. Crown Employees (Roads & Maritime Services Division of the Government Service of NSW- Salaries Staff Salaries and Conditions of Employment) Award
11. Transport Service of New South Wales Salaries and Conditions of Employment Award 2011
12. Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Reviewed Award 2008
