Launch of our new PSA CPSU NSW website
We are proud to launch our new PSA CPSU NSW website, now available at psa.asn.au
Over the course of the next few hours you may encounter some errors and unavailability on the psa.asn.au website
This new website will bring together the former PSA and CPSU NSW websites into a single, unified online experience. By consolidating our digital presence, we aim to make it easier for members to access important information, resources, and updates relevant to your workplace and membership.
What this means for you
- One central hub for all union news, updates, and resources
- Improved navigation to help you find information relevant to your workplace and role
- Access to awards, agreements, fact sheets, and other key documents
- Better mobile experience so you can stay informed wherever you are.
This change follows the transition to our new membership database in late 2024. While much of this work has occurred behind the scenes, it lays the foundation for a more integrated and personalised digital experience. Over time, this will allow us to better tailor content, improve access to resources, and enhance the services we provide to members.
You may notice that some areas of the website will continue to evolve as we progressively roll out new features and improvements. This is part of our commitment to ongoing development, ensuring the platform continues to meet the needs of members into the future.
We encourage you to explore the new site and familiarise yourself with its features. If you have any feedback or encounter any issues, please let us know-we value your input as we continue to refine and enhance the experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
Introducing Develop U: Your New Union Online Learning Hub
The updated website will feature our new online training package, Develop U.
Develop U is an online learning platform that gives union members like you a chance to improve your career skills, life skills and workplace skills. It is an e-learning platform you can use at your own pace, without taking time off work for training.
The courses help you develop your career, your confidence, your people skills, your financial wellbeing and your understanding the union movement. There are courses on creating safer workplaces.
Develop U will be constantly adding new courses and webinars.
For years the PSA CPSU NSW has provided members with high-quality inhouse training, and this will not change. Courses such as Role of the Delegate will still be offered in the traditional classroom-style manner, either at PSA House in Sydney, in the regions or online.
The PSA CPSU NSW will continue its in-house training program.
