University of NSW CPSU NSW Branch Committee Executive election results

On Tuesday 26 May 2026, the CPSU NSW University of NSW Branch membership met to hold the Annual General meeting and elect the new Branch Committee Executive.
Following the conclusion of the nomination and voting process, the following members have been elected to represent UNSW professional staff:
• President – Kassie Dmitrieff
• Women’s Officer – Claire Ambrose
• Workplace Health and Safety Officer – Rumana Akhter
• Delegate – Ellie Williams
• Delegate – Rebecca Gurney
• Delegate – Ren Court
• Delegate – Alistair Wareing
• Delegate – Françoise Rodriguez
These representatives will play an important role in advocating on behalf of Professional Staff at UNSW, raising workplace issues, and ensuring members’ interests are effectively represented at both a local and broader level.
The CPSU NSW thanks all members who participated in the nomination and voting process. Your engagement helps strengthen our collective voice and ensures strong representation across all areas of the workplace.
We also acknowledge the outgoing representatives for their contribution and commitment in supporting members and advancing workplace matters during their tenure.
