The PSA is meeting with management to discuss workload concerns raised by PSA members and delegates within the Estate Planning and Administration Division of NSW Trustee and Guardian.

The meeting forms part of the PSA’s ongoing commitment to advocating for members and addressing workload concerns within the division, while building on the PSA’s positive and productive relationship with NSW Trustee & Guardian to resolve issues affecting members.

Management representatives invited are:

  • Natalie Darcy – Acting Director Estate Planning & Administration
  • Michelle Jones – Director, People & Culture
  • Helen Sourlas – Senior Manager, Employee Relations, and Safety
  • Karl Tolic – Senior Manager, Estate Administration
  • Adam Aroutsidis – Senior Manager, Wills & Estate Planning

This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss workload issues affecting Estate Planning and Administration, raise members’ concerns directly with management, and seek meaningful outcomes to improve workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
