In our previous bulletin we updated members on the Rural Fire Service (RFS) Award and arbitration timeline. To recap, the Public Service Association (PSA) is seeking significant increases in pay and improvements in conditions.
To be successful, the PSA needs to lead evidence from across the RFS. The PSA cannot win the case without witnesses. The PSA has prepared the following survey to identify members who can give the best evidence.
If you are willing to be a witness in the proceedings and to help the PSA obtain you and your colleagues better pay and conditions, we strongly encourage you to complete this survey.
The PSA will prepare a shortlist of the most suitable witnesses and then contact those members directly.

If you would like to know more about what is involved in being a witness, please reach out to your delegate. Every member’s work matters, do not discount yourself based on your role or location.
