The enterprise bargaining agreement put forward by the Audit Office was voted down by staff.
Further, the 2.5% salaries case has been secured by consent from the Audit Office.
The next item on the agenda is to form a sub-committee to discuss any variations to the Award itself.
There are some areas members feel could be varied to make them clearer, but with safeguards on employees’ conditions.
Some clauses suggested for review by PSA members are:
- Flexible Work Practices (Part A clause 9 and Part B Annexure 3),
- Remuneration Bands (Part A clause 7 and Part B)
- Leave (Part B Annexure 4 Part 1, Section 6)
