Employee Relations have advised your union that Better Regulation Division (BRD) is looking at creating a new Directorate to be known as Customer Experience and Program Delivery.

There will be a formal consultation process in due course.

It is expected to be a lift and shift from other areas in BRD and a change to reporting lines of Directors.

No job losses are contemplated.
