BDM Joint Consultative Committee meetings
Your PSA delegates and PSA staff meet with Births, Deaths and Marriages management on a quarterly basis, through the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC). The JCC is the key mechanism for members to have a say in how their workplace is run. During JCC meetings, the PSA formally raises workplace issues and progresses industrial issues on behalf of members.
Members are encouraged make delegates and PSA staff aware of BDM-wide industrial issues for the JCC meetings. All issues are raised anonymously. Members will be provided with a report-back soon after the JCC.
The BDM organisational change will be a standing item on the JCC. The PSA is also meeting with management separately on an ongoing basis to discuss this.
