CLOSING DATE FOR SCHOOLS DC NOMINATIONS EXTENDED

SCHOOLS DEPARTMENTAL COMMITTEE 2013

Closing date for nominations for vacancies on the Schools
Departmental Committee has been extended
until 5pm Wednesday, 28 August 2013

Nominations are hereby called for vacancies on the Schools Departmental Committee.

All nominations that were received prior to the close of nomination (9 August 2013) will stand and those persons are deemed to be Elected Unopposed except in the case of the Central West Region where a ballot of members is required. Nominations received after the closing date (9 August) for the below regions remain valid.

The following areas still have vacancies:

Metropolitan North
(DEC – Northern Sydney)
Two (2) Delegates required
Metropolitan South
(DEC – South West Sydney)
Four (4) Delegates required
Metropolitan East
(DEC – Sydney)
One (1) Delegate required
Metropolitan West
(DEC – Western Sydney)
Two (2) Delegates required
South East Region
(DEC – Illawarra/South East)
Three (3) Delegates required
North Coast Region
(DEC – North Coast)
One (1) Delegate required
Newcastle & Hunter Region
(DEC – Hunter)
One (1) Delegate required

Persons nominated must be financial members of the PSA.

Nominations must be on the prescribed form.

Forms are also available from the 5th Floor ENQUIRY Counter, PSA House, 160 Clarence Street, Sydney or from Regional Offices.

Candidate information should be completed and supplied with the Nomination Form. The nomination must be proposed and seconded by financial members
