Become a PSA Delegate!

The PSA are looking for more delegates at the Crown Solicitors Office.

The CSO has always had a strong, representative delegate structure, traditionally made up of 2 x Administrative/Corporate Services and 2 x Legal Delegates.

Currently there is only 1 delegate at CSO:

  • Teri Southwell (Administrative/Corporate Services)

What do delegates do?

Delegates are the day-to-day face of the PSA in the workplace and are the key in connecting link between members and the union office. Being a delegate involves protecting and advancing the interests and rights of members, consulting with management and to drive the collective effort to protect and improve your workplace conditions.

You will be supported by your PSA staff, Teri Southwell, the current PSA delegate and Leigh Plater, the previous legal delegate. You will have access to a range of PSA training courses which you can attend using paid Trade union training leave (12 days/2 years).
