Your PSA Industrial staff and Delegates wish to pass on our thanks to the vocal and passionate members within the CSO.
The PSA has been informed via our regular CSO members’ meetings of the multiple issues affecting CSO staff. From the longstanding issues of workload stress and the anxieties associated with billable hours, to the systemic cultural issues of workplace bullying and poor communication with the management. The PSA will continue to advocate on the concerns of members and push for positive and genuine resolution in 2020.
Further focuses of the PSA in 2020 will be a review of the Flexible Working Hours Agreement, the implementation of an online forum for public and transparent communication between staff and management, and to address any ongoing issues with Elite.
The PSA is entirely reliant upon representations from members and its delegate structure. So please also feel free to contact your PSA industrial staff or CSO delegate.
The PSA wishes you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Your PSA staff:
Your union is only as strong as its members – the more members we have, the stronger we are. Your union is not only your voice in the work place, the PSA also handles individual issues at work.
