CSNSW Bulletin – Diversity & Responsivity Workshop Update
Peter Zabilka (Delegate, Psychology Advisory Group – PAG) and Latu Sailosi (PSA Organiser) attended the Diversity & Responsivity (D&R) Workshop on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 at the Long Bay complex.
The PSA is keen to hear from all members regarding any questions, concerns, or suggestions about what is working well and what areas could be improved within the D&R framework. Your feedback is vital in shaping a more responsive and inclusive workplace.
If your work location or other membership details have changed, please notify us so we can ensure your PSA records are up to date.
We also received an update from Dr Philip Snoyman today, confirming that the Service Redesign process is currently in its early development and consultation phase. These initial sessions—and any upcoming ones—are intended to provide more comprehensive insights into the structure, functions, and evolving needs of the D&R model.
Feel free to encourage your colleagues to reach out to the PSA via the Member Support Centre (1800 772 679 or email them at C/N C10005188 or speak directly with your PAG delegates if they would like to provide feedback or seek clarification.
Your voice matters—let’s work together for a stronger, more inclusive service.
