At this meeting we will be discussing the feedback received from the Department.
We welcome members raising issues of concern in addition to the following matters:
- Feedback from members after implementation
- Feedback data from members survey on Change Management Plan
- Role allocations and lack of preferences, lack of communication around team personnel
- Unclear communication around roles, expectations and purpose
- Work Health and Safety regarding contract workloads for reduced teams
- Review process to examine implantation of Change Management Plan
