On the 9 September the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport provided the PSA with Draft Employment Screening Policy (ESP) and proposed amended Integrity Policy documentation for staff within Hospitality and Racing. Consistent with the NSW Government’s Consultative Arrangements policy, the Department is seeking to engage with the PSA regarding the draft ESP and proposed amended Hospitality and Racing Integrity Policy.
The consultation period with staff is scheduled to commence on Thursday 10 September 2026. Please review the following documentation if you have any issues or concerns, please forward them to quote case ID C10022823 by close of business 22 September 2026.
