The Department of Education has written to the PSA to formally advise it intends to terminate its Flexible Working Hours Agreements in three months’ time.

The PSA has received a draft agreement – Department of Education Flexible Working Hours Agreement 2015 – to replace the current agreements.

PSA organisers, in conjunction with your delegates, will meet with members to discuss their concerns and issues. We will also be seeking members’ feedback by way of a survey.

Delegates and PSA staff will be meeting with the Department in order to negotiate the new agreement and regular updates will be provided to members after each meeting.
