At your last members’ meeting, PSA members reported unsustainable workloads, resourcing gaps, system failures, leadership instability, classification creep, and a lack of transparency and direction. Even members not directly impacted by the restructure report experiencing heightened stress due to the cumulative effects of these issues.
Many of these issues were identified as likely consequences of the restructure and raised at the Industrial Relations Commission.
The PSA has written in good-faith to senior management requesting an urgent meeting and to emphasise the importance of addressing your concerns in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
