At our last meeting on Tuesday 13 October 2026 it was agreed the Public Service Association (PSA) would conduct a survey of members at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA). Throughout previous meetings, members have raised their concerns with some common themes emerging: change management and consultation, feeling valued at work, and burnout.
This survey aims to give all PSA members the opportunity to share their views and experiences on those issues, identify your highest priority issues, and highlight your constructive ideas.
Your union will always champion the expertise and decades of collective experience our members hold. You are invited to complete the survey
Your answers will be collated and de-identified, and will give your delegates the rich data they need when they meet with senior leadership.
Do you know a non-member?
Encourage your colleagues to join today and make sure they’re a part of the conversation.
