Flexible Working Policy concerns raised in meeting with the Department of Customer Service
At a recent meeting with the Department of Customer Service (DCS) your union raised member concerns about the DCS Flexible Working Policy.
We were advised DCS had received more than 890 pieces of feedback from individuals and groups such as PSA, Health and Safety Representatives and staff representative groups.
It will take time to work through the feedback and there will be information sessions.
DCS is also looking at a building restack in Parramatta, McKell and the two locations in Gosford. There will be a clean and spruce up, although there are still questions around what a return to the office will look like.
The PSA will negotiate on behalf of individual members with concerns whether it’s a flexible working arrangement around returning to the office or whether it’s a working interstate issue.
