Last week, consultation opened on the proposed final model for the Operations Division Ways of Working Initiative. This initiative has been developed following a series of workshops throughout the year, aimed at enhancing our operational strategies.

The initiative includes several key recommendations that require your input. Your union, the PSA, is seeking feedback from members across all levels of the Operations Division.

To facilitate this process and allow ample time for review, the PSA sought an extended consultation period of one week. We encourage all members to share any feedback or concerns regarding the initiative. Your input is crucial in ensuring that your interests are represented.
