Government Sector Employment Rules and Regulation

Yesterday (2 December) the PSA received a copy of the long awaited draft Rules and Regulation for the Government Sector Employment Act.

They can be viewed HERE.

The PSA Research Team are currently working on an analysis and will provide a report to members as quickly as possible.

The PSA requested a meeting with the Public Service Commissioner for further explanation and met with him today (3 December).
