Have your say on the future RFS award
PSA members have made it clear in our most recent survey that the proposed award needs to be amended.
Having taken the time to review the survey results and the feedback received directly from members, the PSA has composed an updated set of proposals to put to the RFS for their consent. These proposals, if supported by you, will form the basis for a new RFS Award. Therefore, we are seeking your support on these proposals.

Your response will enable us to take our principles to the RFS in the hope that we can then take an agreed position to the Industrial Relations Commission that will result in a fair and equitable Award that properly recognises and recompenses employees for their role.
The below should be read in conjunction with the current Crown Employees (Rural Fire Service) Award.
The other referenced document is the Annualised Conditions Allowance 3.2.3.
Not every answer is necessary for completion – it is advised to only answer questions regarding your role (ie; only OCC staff should answer the OCC specific questions).
