The annual People Matter Employment Survey (PMES) is now open. The survey closes on 16 September 2022.

Your union is asking members to complete the survey. The PMES is your chance to confidentially tell the Department, and the Government, your views on how the Department is being run. This can be used to drive improvements in employee conditions and customer service.

The results provide useful statistics for union submissions on a whole range of employment-related matters and provides the PSA with evidence for any positive changes we may be advocating for. That is why it is the interests of members that the survey has a high rate of participation.

We ask members to please ensure that any comments on the survey are delivered in professional language, out of respect for colleagues whose job it is to process the results. But make sure you have your say. You may find you are not alone. Having your say is how you make change happen!
