HCCC staff survey – workload and work stress

Over the past few months, our HCCC members have reported some issues we believe might be of concern to the wider membership and staff.

The following survey has been designed to measure how widely felt some issues are for HCCC staff.

Data from this survey is being collected by the PSA. If you prefer, you can answer all questions and write comments anonymously.

The data collected will be used to address the issues that impact on our HCCC members.

All answers will be completely confidential. If the PSA decides to discuss the results of this survey with Health Care Complaints Commissioner or HCCC management, any data provided will be on an aggregated basis only.

It should take less than 10 minutes to complete the survey. We encourage you to take advantage of the Comments field after each question.

This is your chance to have your say!

This email has been sent to PSA members and other HCCC staff who have expressed interest. Please forward this email to your team, or any other colleagues who may not have received it.
