The People Matter Survey was recently released and the PSA strongly recommends that you fill it out. The People Matter Survey allows you to have a say in your workplace, and highlight any issues that you currently see, whether it be with your managers, health and safety concerns, or other issues that you might be facing. Alternatively, if you don’t think there’s anything wrong at the moment it also allows you to express this belief.
The People Matter Survey is very useful as it is something that management listen to. All results are completely anonymous and will be de-identified, so it’s a great way to express your opinion of the workplace.
With members like you filling out the survey, it helps to highlight issues that the union has been raising for months, and cements these issues to ensure that management is more open to talking and negotiating around things that affect you.
Your opinion is particularly important now due to the Machinery of Government changes that will come into effect on 1 July 2019.
The Union works best when we work together – and this is a chance for you to be listened to at the highest level. Not only that, but this report can (and has been) used by the PSA to fight for more protections and services provided.

If you are a non-member and have any issues, we still suggest that you fill in the People Matter Survey, and then get in contact with us, or your local delegate about what the union can do for you.
