Justice – Shared Services restructure – October 2018 (PDF version)

The PSA is currently in the process of compiling member feedback in relation to the proposed JSS restructure and will be providing submissions to the Department as part of the consultation process.

The PSA supports the positive aspects of the restructure such as increased ongoing roles in Parramatta and Goulburn, and a reduction in reliance upon contingent labour, which is consistent with the PSA campaign on contingent labour.

However, the PSA has a number of concerns about the restructure and lodged a dispute in the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC).

That dispute is listed for conciliation on 1 November 2018 at 3.00pm.

The PSA will advise members about the result of the Dispute after the IRC appearance.
