Disability and Mental Health (DMH) – National Workforce Planning and Rostering Restructure
The CPSU NSW is pleased to provide an important update regarding the proposed changes to Roster Support Officer positions at Life Without Barriers (LWB).
Life Without Barriers has contacted your union to advise that following the consultation process:
- All Roster Support Officer roles will be retained in the structure and will not be impacted by the proposed reduction.
This outcome is a major win for members as it reflects the work of the CPSU NSW including the input from members during this process.
While the consultation period was limited, the feedback shared was important in ensuring the implications of the proposal were properly considered.
