Your Local Land Services Delegate Committee is seeking a new representative for the administrative and clerical stream.

The administrative and clerical representative, along with other PSA delegates, will attend Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) meetings to ensure administrative and clerical issues are discussed and resolved effectively. JCCs provide a forum for the employer, LLS and the PSA to consult over workplace changes, employment related policies and the implementation of the conditions contained in your Award.

Along with the Clerical and Administrative representative, we are also seeking a new delegate to represent the Hunter Region on your delegates committee.

As a PSA delegate you will:

• Represent the interests of Local Land Services PSA members, including in JCCs;

• Consult with members and other employees for whom the delegate is a representative; and

• Communicate with PSA Industrial Staff and ensure PSA information is distributed and displayed in a readily accessible location.

Being a delegate also means you have exclusive access to specialist training courses. Check out some of the professional development courses the PSA provides.

As part of the Local Land Services Award (2013), members are entitled to 12 days special leave over a two year period for the purposes of attending union-organised training.
