Macquarie University CPSU NSW Branch Committee Executive election results

On Wednesday 20 May 2026, the Macquarie University CPSU NSW Branch membership met to hold the Annual General meeting and elect the new Branch Committee Executive.

Following the conclusion of the nomination and voting process, the following members have been elected to represent Macquarie University professional staff:

• President – Shelley Odewahn
• Secretary – Megan Kemmis
• Workplace Health and Safety Officer – Stephen Cochrane s
• Indigenous Representative – Stephen Cochrane s
• Delegate – Jeremy Cullis

These representatives will play an important role in advocating on behalf of Professional Staff at Macquarie University, raising workplace issues, and ensuring members’ interests are effectively represented at both a local and broader level.

The CPSU NSW thanks all members who participated in the nomination and voting process. Your engagement helps strengthen our collective voice and ensures strong representation across all areas of the workplace.
