Meeting with CESU management
On Monday, 1 July 2019 we met with CESU management in regards to getting up to date management plans for all court and transport locations.
The following was agreed to:
- CESU SASs will take the old management plans and update them to the current staffing profile, include the P28s and any agreements that the court location currently has.
- This will be completed within two weeks.
- There will be consultation between the SASs and the local delegates in regards to the above.
- All five-day court locations will be clustered into areas.
- 24-hour locations will have individual management plans.
We will meet once the management plans are completed to go through them.
It was also agreed that the Executive will meet in the coming weeks to go through each location to look for the ability to address one-out posts in the court locations.
