The Department of Customer Services has announced an RMP (also known as a restructure) in the Digital, Strategy, Investment and Assurance area.
While it appears that there may, potentially, be no job losses and while the Department expects to gain 14 roles at the 7/8 and 9/10 grades, it is still important that we look closely at what they are proposing and provide them with feedback.
