The PSA called on Multicultural NSW to present a roadshow to tell you about the changes it wants to make to your award.
The PSA pushed for Multicultural NSW to organise roadshow presentations to inform you about the changes they are proposing and why. It is the responsibility of the employer to advise their workers about cuts they want to make to their pay and conditions.
Multicultural NSW agreed to roadshow presentations, a win for PSA and the Interpreters and Translators we represent.
The PSA encourages all Interpreters and Translators on the Multicultural NSW panel to attend a roadshow – this is your opportunity to be heard!
The PSA will be holding Zoom meetings about the proposed changes to further update members and gather feedback to inform our negotiations.
Only members can provide this feedback, JOIN NOW so you know you have a seat at the table, through the PSA, when negotiating to protect your workplace rights and pay. This is particularly important at a time when insecure work is skyrocketing and workers across NSW are suffering from the economic effects of COVID-19.
