New phone options at Member Support Centre

New phone options at Member Support Centre – February 2018 (PDF version)

Recently the PSA and CPSU NSW Member Support Centre updated its phone system to answer your call more efficiently.

Callers will be given three options:

  • Press (1) one for membership inquiries, such as joining, payment or updating details
  • Press (2) two for new or existing workplace issues: you will be put straight through to an MSC staff member
  • Press (3) three for all other PSA and CPSU NSW related matters (these are reception type calls only).

DID YOU KNOW ‑ PSA/CPSU NSW scholarship award

Time is running out to apply for the PSA/CPSU NSW scholarship. It is worth $850 annually up to three years and is awarded to the applicant with the highest ATAR score.

Available at any Australian university in any course, the $850 scholarship is available to children of members who have had five years or more of eligible membership.

Applications are due by 24 February 2018.
