Treasury has contacted PSA to advise proposing the Commercial Group within NSW Treasury realign with NSW Procurement and move to a two (2) Executive Director model.

The Organisational Structure will be realigned to reflected updated reporting lines to the relevant Executive Director, and all staff are to retain their substantive roles.

A shorter consultation period has been proposed with feedback to be provided to Treasury by close of day (COD) Friday 24 November.

Even a change of reporting line can lead to a cultural shift within the workplace and so, as always, PSA encourages all affected staff to engage with any change management process and to actively ask questions of your management if you have any.
