People Matter Survey

Members would have recently received an email in relation to the second “People Matter” survey.

The PSA strongly encourages members to participate as it provides a rare opportunity for the voices of public sector workers to be heard.

The last “People Matter” survey provided the first hard evidence of the extent of bullying in the public sector, an issue the PSA has been working for many years to highlight.

As a result, this issue has been receiving significant attention from both the Public Service Commission and agency heads.

The PSA encourages members to give their full support to the survey process and complete it as soon as possible.
